Our work together begins with safety and trust. We use a trauma-informed and nervous-system-based lens that helps you notice how your body responds to stress, identity exploration, and affirmation.

Psychoeducation and advocacy — supporting you in navigating healthcare systems, work environments, and relationships in ways that align with your truth
