Meet Ketty Dominguez, LMHC

A woman with shoulder-length brown hair, wearing a black blazer and a light pink blouse, smiling for the camera. The photograph is styled like a Polaroid with the name "Ketty" written at the bottom.

Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.

Pull up a chair, get comfortable, and let’s just breathe for a moment. My name is Ketty, and my greatest hope is that when you sit with me, you feel safe enough to finally exhale. In our space together, there is no need to hold it all together. You can show up just as you are, with all the confusion, pain, or uncertainty you might be carrying.

Think of our sessions as a warm conversation over your favorite cup of coffee. It all starts with connection. My first priority is for you to feel truly seen and heard, knowing that you have someone in your corner, cheering you on through wins both big and small. I’m here to listen without judgment, to honor your story, and to gently explore the tools that will help you move forward.

Ever since I was a little girl, I have been a quiet observer, deeply curious about the stories people carry. That curiosity led me to this work, and the privilege of witnessing people transform keeps me here. There is nothing quite like seeing someone’s perspective shift, watching them rediscover their own strength and step back into their life with renewed hope.

I feel most drawn to supporting women who are navigating life’s transitions, those tender in-between spaces that can feel so uncertain. Whether you are finding your place in your twenties or redefining life in your sixties, I love to meet people in these seasons of profound growth. I also have a special place in my heart for those healing from painful experiences like divorce, narcissistic abuse, or domestic violence. I offer trauma-focused therapy and somatic experiencing to help you reconnect with your body's wisdom and rebuild a sense of safety. I have seen incredible strength emerge from these places, and I am here to walk that path with you.

In our time together, I bring a deep and steady curiosity rooted in trauma-informed therapy and somatic approaches. I want to understand who you are beneath the surface and help you see the strengths you may not yet recognize in yourself. By offering new perspectives and unwavering acceptance, we can create space for more compassion, more clarity, and more possibility in your life.

Just as I encourage my clients, I take loving care of my own well-being. You can often find me moving my body, spending time in nature, or laughing with good friends. Getting lost in a book for fun is my favorite way to unwind. These practices help me stay grounded so that I can be fully present for you.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here. Let’s start the conversation.
